Bootcamps are offered 5 days a week at the following times:

  • Monday: 9:30am and 4:30pm

  • Tuesday: 5:30am and 11:30am

  • Wednesday: 9:30am and 4:30pm

  • Thursday: 5:30am and 11:30am

  • Friday: 5:30am and 9:30am

Cost:

Drop In: $15 per class

Monthly Pre-Paid: $12 per class

Achieve Your Goals With Group Fitness Classes

If you’re looking for a workout that is both fun and effective, our bootcamp classes are a great option. These energizing, team-oriented group classes are:

  • Fast-Paced – Rotate through 8 exercises per class, combining full-body strength training with light cardio
     

  • Targeted – Exercises focus on tackling key areas including abs, glutes, biceps, triceps and more
     

  • Intimate – Bootcamps average 6-10 participants per class

Bootcamps are also the perfect add-on classes for our personal training clients who are looking to add more workouts to their week.
